why this works
I’ve coached national-level strength athletes and people who just want to feel a bit more confident by the pool.
The goal changes, but the principle doesn’t.
Most people don’t need a crazy programme. They need one they can actually stick to.
My job isn’t to come up with something clever or different for the sake of it. It’s to make sure you train consistently, progress over time, and don’t fall off after a few weeks.
I’ve also been there myself. Even when I was running a gym, I still found it hard to train regularly at times.
Work gets busy. Life gets busy. I’ve got a kid on the way. Training can’t be the centre of everything.
But when it’s in place, it makes everything else easier. You feel better, you’ve got more energy, and you’re more confident in yourself.
