Meet Your Coach

I got into coaching early. Qualified as a personal trainer at 18.

Like most sensible teenagers, I ignored it and went into a desk job. That didn’t last. I realised pretty quickly I preferred working with people, so I moved fully into strength and conditioning.

Since then I’ve coached one-to-one and in groups, and I’ve run and sold a gym in London.

Most of the people I work with aren’t athletes.
They just want to get stronger, fitter, feel better, and actually stick to something.

Along the way I picked up:

• Level 3 Personal Trainer
• British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach
• CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

And a History degree from Bristol, which comes in handy every day…

I’m not going to make you do anything weird or overly technical unless you actually want to.

My approach is simple. If you enjoy your training, you stick to it. If you stick to it, you get results.

I’ve recently moved to Hildenborough to start a family and build something local.

Dog dad. Soon to be girl dad. Training still matters, but so does having a life outside of it.

How it works

Start with a single session.

£50 for your first session.

We’ll train, go through how everything works, and see if it’s a good fit.

If you decide to continue, that £50 comes off your first payment.

All in person coaching is paid weekly.

No contracts. No tie-ins.
Pause or stop whenever you want.

If you’re away or something comes up, you’re not locked into a monthly payment. You can adjust things week to week.

Sessions run weekly. You can roll one into the following week if needed.

You can bring a friend and split the cost.
2:1 training works well. More relaxed, still focused, and easier to stay consistent.
